    Discounted Package Policies, Terms and Conditions

    Non-Transferable

    • This package is valid only for the purchasing client and may not be shared, transferred, or gifted to another individual unless expressly purchased for them.

    Refund Window

    • 24-hour cancellation window after the initial purchase for a full refund, minus credit card processing fees as applicable.

    Expiration of Discount:

    • All six (6) sessions must be scheduled and used within 12 months of the purchase date.

    • After this 12-month window, the discounted rate will expire, and any unused balance will be converted into a credit that may be applied to future sessions at the standard rate of $450 per session, or toward the purchase of a new discounted package.

    • The promotional discount expires after 12 months, but the amount paid remains available as a non-expiring credit.

    Refund Policy

    • If fewer than 6 sessions are used, sessions already used will be recalculated at the standard rate of $450 per session.

    • The refund will be the difference between your total payment ($2,100) and the total value of sessions already used at the standard full fee rate. For example: If you used 2 sessions, your refund = $2,100 – (2 × $450) = $1,200.

    • If no sessions were used, but the refund is requested after the initial 24-hour cancellation window, a minimum fee equivalent to one discounted session ($350) will be retained to account for administrative costs.

    Credit Card Payments will include a convenience fee of 3.36%.

  • On-site sessions as needed with no travel fee within 40 miles of the Cupertino office.

  • Same day Scheduling and 24-hour turn around for urgent requests.

  • Weekend and evening availability.

  • No late-cancellation fees.

  • You will be charged for the monthly retainer whether or not services are utilized.
